Melissa Morris (1968 Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA) is a multidisciplinary artist and educator who lives and works in Florence, Italy. She received her MFA from SACI (Florence, Italy), her BA from the University of Michigan, and takes part in ongoing international artists residencies with her teachers, Rose Shakinovsky and Claire Gavronsky (also known as the artist duo rosenclaire). Morris has lectured at Syracuse University in Florence and the Siena Art Institute. Her work has been shown internationally and is held in private collections.
