BIO:
Paulo Borges (1969 Eaton, UK) is a multidisciplinary artist and educator who lives and works in Portugal. He addresses the need for complexity and nuance regarding cultural and personal structures using mainly drawing, painting and mixed media. Paulo has an ongoing collaboration with the artist Bodil Eide (married to) with whom he teaches foundation drawing and painting. He received his degree in Communication Design from FBA-UL (Lisbon, Portugal), and takes part in ongoing international artists residencies with his teachers, Rose Shakinovsky and Claire Gavronsky (also known as the artist duo rosenclaire).
