BIO:
Michelle Magot (1978) is an artist and educator living in Lima, Peru. Primarily a painter, her work also spans different media such as drawing and sculptural pieces. Michelle has studied at Corriente Alterna Art School (Lima), Scuola D’Arte Lorenzo D’Medici (Florence), and completed an MA at Byam Shawat Central Saint Martin. Michelle has participated in several collectives across Europe, shown her work at Minus Space Gallery in NY and The Mission Project Gallery in Chicago, and continues to show and promote her work in South America. She has been represented by Galeria Forum in Lima since 2005 and from 2018 until today, by Galeria del Paseo in Lima and Uruguay.
