Christopher Saunders is a Brooklyn-based artist represented by Kristen Lorello, New York. The artist’s oeuvre includes paintings and works on paper with subject matter comprised of deconstructed landscapes as abstract compositions, with suggestions of atmospheric light, color gradients and digital glitches. His paintings are structurally informed by collage, photography, and vertical depth as suggested by both urban architecture and the flat horizons found within the rural and coastal Atlantic East Coast.
Saunders was born in Southeast Virginia and has a studio practice in Brooklyn, New York. His works are included in the Fidelity Investments Corporate Art Collection, the James Hotel, New York, NY, and many private collections.
